Getting ready for her wedding at Homewood Park. A little moment adjusting her veil before Sam married Adam on Saturday. I love pre-wedding preparations; the anticipation, the details, the emotions. I always feel that I see people as their true self just before they get married – before they are surrounded by friends and family…
Just a couple of teaser images from Fiona & Greg’s wedding at Coombe Lodge in Blagdon yesterday. And before you ask, the ‘monkey’ is the Brides Mum!
On a frightfully cold night I made a little hot circle of lurve with these two at Coombe Lodge, Blagdon. The beautiful archway of fairy lights was too much of a draw, and I managed to line up on of the little lights over Leonie & Rich, giving them this beautiful halo of light.
I love Springtime weddings at Coombe Lodge. Here are Leonie & Rich in the amazing daffodils, shortly after their beautiful wedding ceremony. We were so lucky with the light and weather, with gorgeous hot sunshine most of the day – the kind of afternoon light I just dream of having when shooting weddings!
Today I was privileged to photograph a visit by the Chief of the General Staff, General Sir Nicholas Carter KCB, CBE, DSO, ADC Gen. to Force Troops HQ in Wiltshire. Fun fact of the day… ‘CGS’ and I share the same birthday!
